This place is great for families! It’s really nice, and you won't go hungry because the restaurant has tons of food. the staff here are friendly and helpful. Plus, it's in a sweet spot in Crete island, and it's right near Gouves too! 🌴.

The location was stunning, at a short distance from an expansive public park. The rooms of the hotel were modern and outstanding with comfortable beds, AC plus nice terrace...

The hotel is INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL, has amazing views and marvellous location close to Knossos/Heraklion archeological museum, the exotic garden and lovely, really clean communal areas. The staff is polite, the breakfast is excellent. The service is great with free parking available and fresh meals. Pool area is well-maintained, appreciated this place.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were comfortable, with a nice terrace. The location was perfect, just next to the beach. I also enjoyed the variety of food options at the restaurant, and the pools were great. The animation team did a wonderful job entertaining the kids and there were activities for them all day long. it was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to families.

That the sea view from the room was not as good as I had hoped. However, this did not detract from the overall positive experience.

Stunning location! Incredible food! Wonderful room with modern amenities and great bathroom. the staff were always very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was superb with a large choice of fresh local produce. We had a lovely sea view balcony where we could watch the sunset. the pools and beach were amazing with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas available.

The entertainment may be more geared towards French guests.

The animation guy, George, was incredible - he made our stay truly unforgettable. The environment was beautiful, with big pools and a nice beach nearby. The food was amazing, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Great for families with kids, as they loved the mini disco and the bar was a great place for us to relax. Considering returning next year.

Great for couples - peaceful surroundings, private beach. Delicious food with a variety of options. Spa treatments were amazing.

We recently went on a romantic escape and enjoyed the hotel's clean facilities and the friendly and helpful staff. The location was great as it was close to the beach and offered amazing views. The food selection was good and we particularly enjoyed the pasta.

The hotel could improve the diversity of its kitchen cuisine and the beach was not suitable for swimming. We also didn't appreciate the lack of flexibility when it came to late check-out requests, as we were rushed out of the room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beach resort. The hotel is situated right next to the beach, which was incredibly convenient for us. We also appreciated the variety of activities available throughout the day. In addition, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel was very clean.
